Bongshai Skill Training Institute is the newest company in the Bongshai Group — a manpower supplying company with its own training institute, bringing the same no-shortcuts standard from steel and housing into workforce recruitment.
Bongshai Skill Training Institute is a manpower supplying company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, built around its own training institute. We recruit, train, and supply skilled and semi-skilled workers — to Bongshai Group's own projects, to employers across Bangladesh, and for overseas placement.
Our training institute teaches 10+ hands-on trade courses — Mason, Plumber, Pipe Fitter, Scaffolder, Rod Binder, Painter, Steel Fabricator, Rigger, Carpenter, Welder, Steel Erector, and Electrician — over roughly 3 months, led by CBET-certified trainers, aligned to NSDA curriculum standards. It exists because a manpower supplier that only recruits is gambling on a candidate's existing skill; we'd rather train and verify it ourselves first.
We exist because too many manpower suppliers in this space only handle paperwork, and too many aspiring workers are exploited by unlicensed middlemen once they try to go abroad. Our model closes both gaps: real skill training before deployment, plus a direct hiring pipeline into Bongshai Group itself — and support toward licensed channels for anyone choosing to work abroad.
Bongshai Skill Training Institute is not a standalone startup — it's the manpower supply and skills-training arm of a group that has operated in Bangladesh for over 20 years:
That means the workers we supply have a real, direct hiring pipeline into an operating construction and engineering business — not just a certificate and a promise.
দক্ষ হাত, উজ্জ্বল ভবিষ্যৎ — skilled hands, a brighter future. To recruit, train, and supply Bangladeshi manpower the right way — verified skill, fair terms, and real work — inside Bongshai Group, elsewhere in Bangladesh, or abroad.

In 2025, Bangladesh sent a record 1.13M+ workers abroad — not all through licensed channels. Before paying any fee to any manpower supplier, check their BMET license on the official registry. For our training institute specifically, ask to see CBET trainer credentials directly — we welcome that check.
We don't operate outside the system — we operate inside it, on purpose.
Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training — issues recruiting licenses, runs the national TTC network, and mandates medical testing, biometric registration, and pre-departure orientation for overseas-bound workers.
National Skills Development Authority — sets the skills strategy and curriculum standards our courses align to, through its Industry Skills Councils.
Competency-Based Education and Training — the standard our instructors are certified against, evaluating whether you can actually perform the trade.
Bangladesh Overseas Employment and Services Limited — the state-owned agency behind select government-to-government channels, such as South Korea's seasonal worker programme.
